Default One step at a time...

I got a new best on Friday, although I'm hoping to drop at least a couple more tenths when I go back out on 12/12.

11.860 @ 113.36 - 1.69 60'

This is still in Las Vegas, where the DA is brutal.

Yes it's street legal with A/C and a full interior, I drive it on the street on a regular basis. The engine has been stroked to 408ci with a relatively mild heads/cam combo, but I am spraying nitrous at the track.

Awesome, the Dak is sexy. I've seen you post but never really looked at it. Glad I did.

The best slip I have on hand is 13.5@103 from Phoenix earlier this year, but I was having some gremlins that day - would imagine I should run a couple of tenths faster now. Once I got the gremlins taken care of & the bottle hooked up, I haven't bothered running any more N/A passes at the track.

Yup - I have to follow the same NHRA rules as everyone else, but our track only enforces them for NHRA-sanctioned events. I don't want to hack up the back of the cab for a roll bar right now, so I'll make sure I stay above 11.49's at LVMS. At some point I might cruise down to sea level and get kicked out once for the fun of it. In a year or two I'll probably re-evaluate everything and decide where I want to go with the drivetrain - if I'm going to dip past 11.49 then I'll park the truck for awhile and reconfigure it for easy 10's.
