It would be interesting to have a league where they use front wheel drive cars and race just like Winston Cup. It would be interesting to see all the different things they'd have to do like getting two tires vs. four tires and the setup of lets say the suspension

 

Years ago they actually did have one. They called it "baby grands" and it was cars like Pintos, Vegas, and such. Back then it wasn't popular. In recent years they had a compact car series called the Goody's Dash Series. These were rwd cars, but were sunfires, probes, no Neon (?), and such.

I agree with you though. There would be better reception for it now. Just like import drag racing.

 

That would be so cool to come back with it. I think there would be a lot of interest in it.
