I've never had Frito Pie, it sounds good.

 

It's good stuff, I first came across it at the local stock car races about 20 years ago. They'd take a small, lunch box size bag of fritos, open it and pour a scoop of chili over it (no beans!), sprinkle some shredded chedder cheese and some chopped sweet onions on it...eat with a plastic spoon! Beer is optional...[&:]
