RACING THE NEW CHEV SS SPORT TRUCK
My buddy at work just got that new convertible Chevy SS truck wanna b thing... anyway he is convinced he will slaughter me on the road...
Tonight at 5:30 we race... I'll let everyone know the outcome..

I Killed him 3/4 runs.(I have no idea what happend on the forth run)
No Video Footage
we went STRAIGHT after work yesterday so I wasn't able to grab my camera. I will email him today to see if he wants to go down to SIR (the local track) and make a couple runs this weekend... I will video tape that for sure if we go (just got the new digi sony video cam too (Yeowww)
Each run we went ALMOST a 1/4 mile.. there is a stretch of road buy our work that is PERFECT for drags..... he certainly gave Miss Bianca (my truck) a run for her money... as ugly as those things are they sure are quick... I think if / when he adds mods he may be able to take me... OH and his engine wasn't broken in yet... but I didn't care. I sorta wanted to see that thing blow.
I got beat this morning buy a Toyota Solara... why is it I always get slaughtered by these stupid ricers (I was half asleep in my defense HA)

No doubt you would have an easy time beating the SS/R... the SS/R only has an aluminum 5.3L "VORTEC" V-8 good for 300 horsepower, but is quite a lite pickup... but yeah... awesome story!
