I would like to check it out also, I know in Super Stock, they are allowed many more modifications than in Stock Eliminator.

 

i wish that i could find more info, becaue that would be remarkable if hes not running a power adder or a ton of weight reduction...

 

At 600 + HP, it's probably a safe bet they are not running a stock block either. Most likely it's going to be a "R" block. Again, I'd love to see it.

 

or possibly running the 408 motor? are strokers allowed in those classes?

 

Okay I did a little more research and he has a transport company called BDR based in Vermont.
I called them up and they said he is in Norwalk till teusday and they didn't know much about his car but you could e-mail him or talk to him when he gets back.

I didn't think it was appropriate to just put someones e-mail out there, with some of the folks that visit the site.
Anyway, I did a Google search using the info from the NHRA site, and bdrtransport.com was one of the links that popped up. I called and asked if it was the same Greg Gay with the Mirada and they said yes. I think I talked to his brother the VP.
Just go to the bdrtransport.com site and look under the contact us link, it gives a list and he is at the top, President.
