I raced a Probe GT when I had my Intrepid (2.7L V6 200 HP Auto). I lost by pretty bad....

 

Why would you name a car a "Probe"? I mean, seriously, that's just weak.

 

I had several Probe GT's mess with me when I had my '99 Neon R/T and I had fun putting them behind me. I've only had one that was gutted and running nitrous want to run my SRT-4, but me a a few friends had just arrived to get something to eat when he wanted to run. After he found out mine wasn't stock he was more interested in running against my friends '03 Tiburon GT which has a CAI and exhaust.

 

tibbies are too slow for me, beat my friend's 4 cyl and v6 gt , no contest.....i gotta say they dont look bad though.

 

Just the name Probe screams QUEER!!!

lol, i agree with you guys - I've noticed that the kids who own Ford Probes (GT or non GT) think it's the best car in the world. Too much of an ego! Btw DevilsReject, i really like your car - very clean job, good work on it

The old Turbo Probe GT's were pretty quick in their time. Shame is there is really no aftermarket support for them. I am not partial to any brand, (Prefer Mopar) and to be honest, I actually wanted a turbo probe... then I bought my Shadow....

I think it would be cool to see some fast-*** Probe GT's around, same as I love watching a caravan stomp a V8!
