I own a 2005 neon sxt and a 2003 srt4. and i have several engine mods on my neon. Including topspeed limit removed, twin custom cold air intake, and exhaust headers, intake manifold replaced, custom exhaust, hi-performance clutch, and nitto tires. and i totaly flattened that cobalt. i cant exactly remember the times but it was a big win for me. ha ha, whad'ya think? imagine if i raced on my srt4.

Twin custom cold air intake? I want to see a pic of that. I don't see any point or reason for that. So you are telling me that with your 05 sxt you beat a cobalt SS? I have a hard time believing that unless the cobalt driver didn't know what they were doing. Maybe I need one of these twin cold air intakes so I can get into the 15s with my SXT...I keep running 16.0-16.1s@87-88 MPH because my torque sucks.

 

You sure do have a lot of Dodges man. Almost one of every kind... Truck, compact, turbo compact, mini-van, PT, sedan and muscle... Any more?

 

I'd also like to see your twin intake.
It seems like the guy in the SS didn't know how to drive.

I mean hell, I have another QR25DE engine sitting at my parent's house(the guy had 5, I bought 2 of em, couldn't pass up the deal) waiting for the warranty on my little brother's sentra to expire so we can swap it in, but I wouldn't lie and say it was already in there, I do, however, have pics of the engine and the sentra to prove it's atleast real. So prove it already.

 

I agree. Otherwise it just turns into lies and a game. I have a 1000hp skyline sitting in my garage right now.

hey, how did you take out the top speed limiter? also, what do you suggest i do to my SOHC 2.0 04 Neon SXT to make it faster. I'm looking to do some hardcore stuff to the engine for as cheep as i can go. Got any suggestions on what to do? and where to get them?
