Raced a Cavalier Z24...
Ok, i was coming home from school and got stopped at a red light. A few seconds later a riced out Cavalier Z24 Coupe pulls up next to me, total RICE! the guy had a massive muffler that had to of been the most annoying thing ive ever heard! He also had hood pins on a stock cavalier hood, rims, and a big-o aluminum wing.
Now i dont know what he had done to it performance wise, but i have a borla exhaust, CAI, strut bar, lowering springs, and a short throw shifter. Anyway, since the Z24's have pretty close to the same hp as my R/T, i figured it might be a close race...
The light turns green, we both get off the line quick (his car sounded like a frickin semi-truck with how loud the exhaust was!!) and i pull out in front of him almost right away. We kept going and i only got up to about 90mph-95mph, but i was amazed that i was about 3-4 car lengths if not more in front of him.
Well thats my story, what i hope my first of many ricer kills to come with my R/T.
