Put your Neon in neutral and have a couple of your friends push you to make the race a little more even.

Take out the motor, remove your wheels, and then push, that will make the race even. That Kia from the Chicago Autoshow comes Ricer Ready stock? Thats badass lol I bet its still slower than the Neon lol.

I'm supposed to drag race a friend of mine, she drives a 03 kia spectra which she'll be getting a CAI for. I drove a 00 neon witha CAI, Flowmasters, and 2 1/2 downpipe, i mean i've beaten my other friends cars before, but i'm still nervous, should i be?

I know it's a stupid question but i just thought i'd ask
"Question of the Year" ROTFLMAO!!!

Here you go, this is from the Kia Forums "Performance"?? section posted by 1fastkia:

I had lightened crank pulley
big bore throttle body
superchips tuned ecu
4-2-1 header
2 1/4 cat back with high flow cat
circle earth ground wire kit
cold air intake
and tons of weight reduction

car was still slow as **** kias are slow and unless you go big (supercharger or turbo) there is no fast kia LOL.
I used to love kia but after seeing so many cars with as many mods and sometimes less than the kia but are way faster, Im done modding kias. My next plan HONDA....

with all my mods I could only manage to pull a 15.8@88 LOL yea thats what im talking about. take the new civic for example like 15.5 stock. Even the new spectras wont touch a 15 number stock. lucky to get a 16.5.
**** I see stock civics running 15s stock.

hope that gives you all a laugh.

That's funny because Civic Si's only run 15.7 stock...Isn't that slower than my truck? Pretty sad...

Glad to hear of the win over the kia. BUT in a heads up race it falls to your neon. I am a bracket racer and i have drove a 2003 kia spectra in a bracket race twice. I have two first place wins in that kia. They may be slow as hell but in a bracket race it is all about how concisted it is round after round. And a '03 spectra stacks the numbers. Once you find out how to cut the tree down with it you can win some bank $$$ with it.

That's why i hate bracket racing... It lets slow cars win...
