Default mirada feeding frenzy

My best time was 12.71@104.99, but in my last round of elims, i ran a 12.72 @98.60, on the binders, obviously. that was unfortunately on a 12.75 dial. my 1/8 time dictates that the last run would have been around a 12.67.

3800lbs with driver, running 87 octane..

once i have some time, ill go into some detail of what took the beatings, and give a rough overview on the event in general, including the adventures of the stage 1 SRT4, tags read " PVO NEON".lets just say...12.80s.

Where were you running at? I know that they had the Classics out at Hamilton Ohio this weekend, my dad was out there and won first place in his class in the judged car show for B-body modified with his '69 Charger.

Pat. Why did you dial a slower time than you had been running all weekend?

i didnt dial slower than id been running. earlier in the weekend, i ran a 72 and a 71. sunday, i ran a 73 early, and an 80. i dialed a 72 first round, and ran an 83. next run, i dialed a 75, and, on a free pass by means of an opposing red light, i ran a 74 with a 4. so a 75 seemed like a fine dial. the car wasnt launching well, with 60s in the 173 range all day, even on the faster runs. my mph was also down, around 103.80, as opposed to the 104.9s i wa pulling on a much cooler saturday afternoon.

yes RR, i did run at hamilton. was your dads charger a dark met. blue?

Well then, here is a few older picture of it under the hood when it was just finished and an interior shot. The polished tank original radiator has since been replaced with an aluminium one and there is now a nice plate of mirror finish custom made to cover up the gap between the grill and the core support.
