Default mustangs

I was wondering how a Magnum R/T unmodded would do against the new mustangs(not the GT 500, or whatever)

could someone find the 0-60's for both, and give me there output..... my friends dad as a v6 tang, im pretty sure I can take that, but what about the v8 verison.

The Magnum R/T 0-60 is somewhere in between 5.5-6.0 seconds
The Mustang GT is around 5.0-5.5. That is with a stick, not sure about auto.

I think you have your work cut out for you.

The 0-60 for a 2006 Dodge Magnum R/T RWD is 5.8 seconds, the AWD cuts it down to 5.6-5.7...the Mustang GT has a 0-60 in the 5.1-5.3 range...while the V6 is in the 6.5-6.7 seconds range. So while you have 40-50 more HP, and a lot more torque, the extra 400lb+ you have is really holding you back.

0-60 means nothing..

from what ive seen at the track, a stock RWD 5.7L magnum is capable of very low 14s, stock. i believe that the last one that i saw running was in the 14.3s...that is more than enough to smack around a stock 05+ V6 mustang...however, the new GTs are capable of mid/high 13s stock..thats with a manual...

I agree, there wouldnt be THAT much of a difference between the auto and stick.
