Default Making the big one.....

What is you all's opinion on what it would take to make it in the Busch or Cup Series? Besides alot of money, there is ALOT involved. From an engineering standpoint, as well as having talented drivers.

We have a good thing going here, and I forsee us trying to gradually work our way up the ladder. Got a good group of guys with engineering degrees that love racing. Got the talented drivers. Got a window for oppurtunity with all the big corporate connections in the 'burgh. At the very least, we could be one heck of an ARCA/Remax team.

So, what do you guys think the main ingredients to a successful team are if you were racing? I'm just interested to see what some of the responses may be.

People that like working with each other (teamwork), understand each other (communication), the ability to change when altered situations dictate (adaptability) and no small amount of luck.
