Default How about a Mustang kill.

So, Im out at the store earlier today in the truck, and as i pull out of the parking lot, i see a red 73 mustang coupe pulling out of the next lot over. i make a series of turns, and get to a stop light, and he pulls alongside me.

it was in pretty nice shape, and sounded decent. i noticed that he was inching forward, bit by bit, and i couldnt resist to rev at him, which he quickly returned...so i also eased forward, and when the light turned green, even spinning the tires hard enough to kick the back end a bit, by about 70 i had already pulled away from him enough that i backed off...i know that those years were heading into the mustang II, and away from high performance, but from the way it sounded, i expected a little more of a race...

actually, after doing some looking around, it seems that even with the 351, they were only mid 16 second cars..i could have beaten him in the stratus...

it ran 14.80s in the heat last september...like a 14.86? i lost the slip (and ill never hear the end of it), but i do have a 14.900 slip, which is what i entered on dragtimes...i dont want to be like SO many other people there who post fake times, by just comparing to what others have, so if anyone asks, i have slips.
