Ramcharger, Trailduster & Power Wagon Grrrr!! Tough Trucks! The Dodge Ramcharger and Plymouth Trailduster were full size SUV's that had good looks and brute strength. The Dodge Power Wagon was comparable to them in toughness, but came in pickup truck form only.

Default part for 77 power wagon W200

I'm looking for a brake proportioning valve for a 77 power wagon W200 4X4 with a 400 engine. I can't find one anywhere. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know. I need to get this truck back on the road. thanks

Neon,

I had a 77 years ago too, brakes caused me issues all the time (the only thing). Have you tried speaking w/ a good brake shop about replacing with an aftermarket comparable?

Good luck

No I haven't. I didn't want to put alot of money into it. My son usually does most of the work on it. I found some valves at Summit Racing.com. But I'd have to figure out the size and type of brake lines that are on it now. thanks for replying. I just might have to take your advice and take it somewhere.

Parts for these old beasts aren't easy to find I would do the same thing and moderize it.

Man I miss that old beast. It was a 440, 1 ton w/ full time 4WD. Between the brakes "blowing lines" and it rusting off it's frame I finally had to sell the motor & tranny out of it. Could not get it to pass inspection anymore. But waht a stump puller!
