Hey guys, new in town
Just picked up my black 08 Pwagon and am loving it! Totaled my Cummins dually, should have bought this thing instead of the dually, I am a wheeler from way back. I do have a couple questions for you.
I am getting new wheels and 35" Cepek tires. It looks like 35s will fit fine. Is there anyway to disarm the tire pressure sensor, cause I am not planning on putting the senors on the new wheels, since they will arrive mounted and balanced from National tire and wheel?
Can I buy the superchips flashpaq used off ebay? Or is it VIN locked? I had it on my 04 Hemi and it really woke the truck up.
Lastly, has anyone done two inch spacers to level the truck up?
Thanks, appreciate the help.

Hey , what an awesome truck you have my friend (just ordered mine EXACTLY like yours , but 6 speeds manual ) I just test ride my dealer 08 Powerwagon that features 35' x 13.5' Dick Cepek on 18' wheels , 2' body lift , Magnaflow exhaust , Airaid CAI and tuner (don't remember if it's Bully Dog or Edge) , WOW , it's a least 5' higher than my 1500 on small winter tires , I'm 6'2' and felt small climbing in . THIS is a truck . Tire do not rub into fenders .
If you own a 3815 FLASHPAQ(2004-2005 5.7L)tunerI would suggest you to go to superchips.com to perform the 'update' . I did and the newest feature is that you can run your Flashpaq tuner on the '08 2500 HEMI ,adjust your tire height and shift point .(these featureare probably not working if you haven't perform the update) My current truck is an '05 1500 HEMI and I WILL run my current Flashpaq in my next 2500 Powerwagon . If you need help , feel free to communicate withSuperchips , they are really helpful .
When a used tuner is correctly removed , it can be reused in an other vehicle ,you have to read vehicle ID before and there ya go .
In september , I removed my Flashpaq tuner , tryed a usedBully Dog for 2 weeks(from my dealer) , removed it and switch back to my Flashpaq with no problem
Can't wait for the new truck ...
Good luck

If you run 35's with no lift , they will rub at full articulation. I am in the same boat. a 08 PowerWagon Quadcab 6-speed. I freakin' love this truck. It has taken me places I would not dare to go in our stock 2500. I want to put 35's on also but am NOT a fan ANY lift that involves lift blocks or spacers. I would like to get some new 2" longer coils and 2" taller custom leaf springs but I don't think anyone makes a pitman arm for a 2" lift- only 4" & up.
