Well I made my own tool so I can change trans oil without removing exhaust. Refilled with 3.5qts of atf+4 & 2qts of Lucas lube. NO more notchy shifting when first taking off. I think the stock atf+4 was too thin-thats why it took a few miles of driving before it shifted properly. I am concerned about the amount of filings on the magnet though. Is this normal in a new truck with only 4000 miles ???
