Elec. window regulators

I have a 87 Ramcharger with a few probs. Two of them are the gears in the elec motors on the windows. Is there a step by step for removing them. I got the drivers out/motor off the reg. but I drilled the rivits holding it in, looking for an easier way. Also does anyone know where to get a shop manual for this year?

there is no easier way that I have ever heard...I had to do both of mine that way
