I'm pulling my hair out. Truck stuck in granny mode. Transfer case in 2w. Actuator might be shot, but would that cause Top speed 45 @ 3k rpm. Any ideas?

 

Do you have any check engine lights on?

 

None. Replacing plugs tomorrow

 

Sounds stupid but check all your fuses, I had a 94 GMC K1500 that wouldn't shift out of 2nd gear and speedometer wasn't working....ended up being a blown fuse for the brakes ...was marked ABS even though truck didn't have ABS...swapped fuse and it ran like a champ.
