1976 Dodge 1/2 ton 4x4
With a truck that age, I'd find a local exhaust shop / mechanic with a madrel bender and have 'em install whatever you fancy. You certainly don't have to worry about any emissions laws and such. If you're around southeast Wisconsin I know a place or two that can help.
Im in eastern Washington. right now the muffler is actually tied in with wires because my brother went four bying and the muffler fell off so he put it back on and tied it up with speaker wire.
If all you want is an exhaust just find a local shop, they'll bend one up and install it in a few hours. Probably less $ than the fancy aftermarket ones for newer cars. I suggested mandrel bent because performance guys want that for the smooth curves and such, if it isn't a high performance deal or a trailer queen, just about any shop that does exhaust work can bend something up, you don't even have to stick to the original configuration.
If you can weld a little summit has a really nice setup for dodge trucks, it is headders, pipes and mufflers for $219, you can find it on their website. I got it for my 82 dodge ram, it is supposed to have the exhaust come out just in front of the tires on the sides, but you cant have that on a 4x4, so i just didn't add it on and put in turndowns right before the axel. It worked great. I only have a 6 foot bed, and it is great. it comes for an 8 foot bed in 2 1/4" and 2 1/2" i am not sure if it comes in 3" though.

Hooker, Magna flow, and some others do make a duel kit for these trucks.
I would suggest getting headers then hitting the local shop and have them make the rest. Would save you a bundle in the long run.
This is what I am doing with my 74 W200, but I am just having the shop bend the pipe. I am doing the install myself.
