I have a 1988 Dodge Ramcharger and I need to replace the power window lift channel. This is the part attached to the bottom of the door glass. Mine are rusted out and I cannot find a new replacement track. Doorman includes this channel with the manual window regulator but not with the power window regulator they sell. Can anyone point me to a source or a possible substitution!

Best bet may be going to car-part.com, and seeing if you can find one. I can find the seals all day......

 

Thanks for the tip, but most of the places want to sell me the whole door, which is old, rusty and worn out like mine!

 

If you can find one cheap enough..... that may be the way to go.

 

Are they the same? I had a similar issue, They didn't say if they where the same except where the motor/hand crack attach to it. If it's the same all you need to do is switch the mounting bracket for the motor.
