Throttle body injection doesn't have a crank sensor, It does have a pick up coil but all that is for is running the ignition. You may want to take off the air cleaner and shine a light down the throttle body(while it's running). Look to see if both injectors are spraying. Also how is the idle motor? When they start to have issues they cant keep up with the motor running(not adjusting fast enough). Keep your foot on the gas a bit above idle and see what happens.
