Ramcharger, Trailduster & Power Wagon Grrrr!! Tough Trucks! The Dodge Ramcharger and Plymouth Trailduster were full size SUV's that had good looks and brute strength. The Dodge Power Wagon was comparable to them in toughness, but came in pickup truck form only.

I'm certain on the sump, I've studied the layout (persay) and know what mods will need to be done, just needing to know if the donor tc out of the 85 d150 will marry up to the auto transmission out of the 93' dakota, the 85' had a inline 6 with a manual. I just would like to know before I go through all the work of taking the transfer case out of the 85 and finding out it won't work, just trying to safe me few steps and headaches 🤯
as it is winter here in Montana and has been below 0 for some time

Check the shaft size, and spline count on both transmission. Also have a look at how it mounts.

In theory I should be able to pull drive shaft and count the splines on the 85' and it should be the same as the input side( tranny side) and go from there right?
