Default Won't run after Rebuild

I'm not even sure how this forum works but I need some help and you guys seem like you've dug pretty deep in your 360'sI rebuilt my 360 magnum Moter after the heads cracked. I bored it over .40 bumped the compression by .5% roughly. rhs heads port matched the stock intake as well as removed the center divider in it. Now I can't get it to run more than 5 seconds. I good fuel pressure I have good signal from my computer to my injectors I've replaced cam and crank sensors and double checked them. I've replaced engine ground wires. I also had my computer sent to a2 speed to tune my computer they swear up and down the ecm is good I've checked timing over and over again. I've checked with dodge to make sure my key wasn't chipped it is not. Also I hooked up a snap on scanner and it did tell me the crank sync failed but in order to sync the cam the engine have to be running at 1100 rpms so at this point I'm stumped if anyone has some suggestions I would greatly appreciate them.

Broke this out into its own thread for ya. Don't want to highjack frankies.

Need to set fuel sync. If you don't have a service manual, get one for your truck from this thread. There is a procedure for setting the base timing after having the distributor out, follow that. Should get it close enough for the engine to at least run.

Turning the distributor does absolutely nothing to ignition timing, it changes injector timing. (Fuel Sync)

This is what is in the service manual and it should get it to where it will run.

I'm new at this forum stuff and couldn't figure out how to start a new thread thank you . That link wouldn't load a manual but I've set my distributer with instructions from huges and its spot on. And I need it to run at 1100 rpms to set fuel sync.

It's a 96 I was able to get that manual to open up. That's a pretty extensive manual with all the testing procedure in it. I'm just going to start testing and rechecking everything thank you so much

Set the distributor same as picture posted above, with motor at TDC rotate distributor so rotor points at the mark. Tighten bolt down and start motor. Run fuel sync test with scanner. Loosen and turn distributor to set sync at 0, tighten bolt and recheck. The motor is brought to 1100 rpm automatically when running fuel sync test using the scan tool!

Also, double check your spark wire routing. I had 2 wires on the wrong plugs and it caused me a headache after my rebuild for about 15 minutes until I rechecked.

When you set that dizzy number one needs to be at TDC on compression stroke.
