Default Question/concern about pinion seal change reassembly.

I just finished installing a new pinion seal on rear diff. on a 2007 dodge ram 1500 and when I torqued the pinion nut against the flange it just didn't look right. I marked everything as required before I initially took things apart but after torquing plus a little extra(no new crush sleeve) I noticed a small gap between the back of the flange and new pinion seal. I want to torque more but rather not risk the bearing f'ing up from overtorquing. I took a pic and wondering if this looks ok to those with more experience doing this. Torque used was 190ft/lbs. Thanks for any input on this. Also I was wondering the torque spec for the 4 rear pinion flange bolts.
