Default 2002 Durango looses power to fuel pump intermittenly

I have a 2002 Durango 5.4, 3 moths ago changed out the fuel pump. Its been my wife's daily driver, until about a week ago when it just died. When it dies there is no fuel and no fuel gauge. All other gauges work fine. It's like something is shutting power to the fuel pump off. any input would be so thankful.

They are two entirely different circuits, so, if the pump doesn't run, and the gauge doesn't work, I would be lookin' real hard at the connector at the pump.

I probably should have said this but i already replaced the connector to the pump. The old one was broke at the locking mechanism. That was my first thought.

That's the only spot both circuits have in common.... otherwise, they are two totally different circuits....
