Default No power to 4x4

I have a 2001 Dakota that I use only to plow snow with, I parked it last spring everything was good. Went to start it this fall and I have no headlights no interior lights and my 4x4 has no power either, I checked all fuses and relays and they seem fine battery fully charged and connections tight. It runs fine still. I need the 4x4 is there a way to manually change it into 4x4 from under the truck even if it stays in 4 high that would be good as well, or wouldmapplyingb12 volt to the switch inside work? I live very remote and this truck is my lifeline to access my road into my house .

Transfer case gets power from multiple fuses..... Fuse A, in the PDC under the hood, and fuse 11, and 12, in the fuse block on the side of the dash.

I can’t find the blue box under the dash by the steering wheel but did find the black box in the trim by the left foot area. Come of the connections were corroded on it I cleaned them but still nothing those boxes are impossible to find around here, I’ll keep looking in the meantime I went under with a battery for my drill and two jumper wires and manually put it in 4x4 that way it can stay like that for now until I find the part but thanks for your help

Yes all fuses were good I took off the Tcm.cleaned the corrosion off the terminals. And put it back in now it won’t shut anything off lol interior lights ect ect. But theres power back to the 4x4 I’m leaving it on for now and I’ll try to find another Tcm somewhere. Went from one extreme to the other lol
