WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!!!
If you are in the mid-cities area of Dallas/Ft.Worth, do yourself a favor and stay away from Lithia Dodge in Grapevine. I was waiting from March through April for an e-mail from them about when the Magnum would hit the showroom floor. Never got one. When I sent them one to get more info all they said was it's a new model so expect a delay. After one arrived, I dealt with them on and off for 1.5 months. They would come close but never complete the deal. I went so far as to sign an "intent to buy" as long as they found the RT I wanted and how I wanted it. I even gave them copies of invoices from the web from other dealerships in the area that they could do a dealer trade with. All were models I was willing to buy. 2 days later, they called to say I would probably be better served to look at other dealerships to buy my car. As it turnms out, they were not intending to sell me a car as much as keep me from buying one from another dealership until they wore me down to pay what "they' wanted me to pay. Not what I wanted to pay. But because I was making a pain in the a** of myself wanting to know when they were going to seriously deal with me they finally decided they wern't going to get me as a customer and advised me to look elsewhere.
That morning I went to Don Davis in Arlington, TX and had a deal done in just under 3 hours. They traded their black RT for my red one and I drove it off the lot the next day. Couldn't have been happier with the expierence.
So, Lithia Dodge in Grapevine, TX is not worthy of the time or effort needed to purchase your next Dodge product. Part of this is my fault. Others told my of Lithia's repuatation as a nightmare to deal with. Guess I was too stuborn and had to see for myself. Got a good education, to be sure.
Thanks,
Nick

I bought my Magnum RT from Allen Samuels Dodge in Tyler,Tx and I have nothing but praise for them. They treated us well. Have done everything they said they would. I ordered some things for it and they even had them when they said they would. So it's not the dealer, it's the jerk that works there.
Stay away from Dodge Country in Killeen, those guys will do anything they can to screw you. I now drive all the way to Lampassas to Benny Boyd dodge to take care of anything. The guys at Benny Boyd will do anything to keep you happy. I broke a lug while driving home from Colorado and a dealership in Whicita Falls fixed but said it wasn't covered under warranty even though it had less than 5000 miles on it so I had to pay $160 to replace all the lugs and lug nuts (others had worked loose. Benny Boyd gave me $160 for customer satisfaction.
I also bought my truck at Lithia in Grapevine, I only went there because a lady friend of mine works there and it always helps knowing somebody at the dealership in management. I didnt have any issues with anything or anyone except for the finance idiot, what a moron, I am in the car biz, been around dealerships for well over 15 years and this guy kept trying to sell me the truck for invoice even after I got a substantial amount knocked off by the salesmanager and then he tried to sell me the Lithia x-tended warranty vs. a Chrysler one. In fact he didnt even want to sell me the Chrysler one at all, so later after the sale I went to another Dodge dealer and purchased it there instead for almost cost.
Of course after that I found out that my good friends brother owns a Dodge dealership, Smith Dodge in Waxahachie, and that I could have gotten an even sweeter deal(truck was dealer traded from his dealership anyway, ironic)

Sorry you all are having issues with these dealers. Sounds like the one that used to be here. The dealer here in Tucson, AZ used to suck BAD! They would never sell me a truck. Run around after run around, it was like fighting with a fire.. Untill they changed their name from Bill Breck to just Breck Dodge. I'm pretty sure they fired all the meanies and hired new AWESOME people! They were so awesome that I went back and bought my wife her 2005 Neon their. Good people! Prob the best dealer I have ever been to in a very long time.
