I am begging nobody ever visit any Allen Samuels Dodge's because i am just having the worst experience ever!!!!!!

1. I traded a grand am and took the dvd/indash out b/c i just bought it and am from kansas but bought the GTX on vacation and said when i get home i will send the stock radio priority mail, and they said ok, I get home monday, and start getting voicemails saying how i'm not a man sticking to my word. I sent it monday and called them when they got it and basically told them that they were the worst for harrassing customers b/c i told them when i was getting home and when to expect it to show up!!

2. I tried 2 weeks ago to tag my truck, well no title, so they call from the courthouse and talk to the dealership and they said they were going to overnight it on monday?! So i wait and don't go till friday, well nothing. (court house is 120 miles round trip)(2nd trip now). So i call the dealership again and they basically say "what are you talking about???" so i explained it all and she said i'm getting on it, i get off work in an hour but will have it taken care of before i leave and will call you as soon as it's done!!" That was five days ago and no call yet!!

3. Called a manager later that night and was saying how much my experience sucked from them, and he's saying the same, "i'm getting it taken care of right now and will call you right back when it's finished" that also was 5 days ago :evil:

SO BASICALLY I HAVE A $36k TRUCK SITTING IN THE GARAGE THAT I CAN'T DRIVE B/C THE DEALERSHIP ALREADY HAS THEIR MONEY AND DON'T CARE ABOUT WHAT I THINK!!!!!!!

**rumor has it that they have 30 days to get me the title and if i don't recieve it by 30 days i have the option to take the vehicle back and basically make them shove it** is this correct, and if so please let me know ASAP!!!!

Many Dodge dealerships send out surveys to gauge their customer's satisfaction. Use it to vent your frustration!! In addition, J.D. Power sent me a survey on my dealer about 60 days after I bought my SRT-4....here's another chance to let off steam. Also, call your local BBB and file a complaint. Your owner's manual should also have points of contact for dealer related problems....[sm=smiley5.gif]

 

true, you can also go to the dodge website and contact customer service and let them know as well.

sorry,i posted that as a vent, and still can't get ahold of anyone there, and am going to be sending email after email to people and call after call till something comes out of this, and ya'll can move this, i just didn't know where it would be best and i just wanted everyone that visited the forum to see it!!! as it's ridiculous! the dealerships in houston and i'm in kansas city!! but thanks guys and they are total idiots!!! they will realize that in a few days!!
