Default Tires and Lift Question

Hey guys it would be cool if you guys running 40`s under a 1500 tell how you got them there. I got a 2000 Ram 1500 QC and it has a 3 inch body with 35X12.50X17 tires. I have 17/40X15 Ground Hawgs i want to fit. I also have the fender flares that stick out. If if i get a 5 inch rough country lift will they fit and rub or what. Please tell me what i need to have the tires fit and i am also trying to put together a lift under $1000. Thanks for any feedback

Thats gonna be pushing it. It would be better to get the 7inch skyjacker long arm. You could then add some 2-3" spacers. That would give you around 12" of lift with the body lift you have.
