I received my order today, and I have to say that shipping was really quick. Very awesome.

I opened it all up and found out that I ordered the CANBUS ballast kit without realizing they only came with HI/LO bulbs instead of bi-xenon. I didn't even pay attention to that when ordering. Can these bulbs be exchanged for bi-xenon bulbs and still used with the CANBUS ballasts?

Email sent.
Also, how do I tell the difference between the two ballasts? They look functionally identical.

Hello,

Please know our CANBUS ballast is our top of the line. It has more toleration of heat and vibration and has 30-40% truer and brighter color.

Thank you.

I understand that, but more specifically, I need to know which one of the ballasts in those two pictures is the CANBUS ballasts so I can hook them up accordingly. They are not marked, so I don't know which one is which.

Thanks for your time.

Hello,

The CANBUS ballast is the 2nd picture that you posted. The one with engraved details and the one with the attached wire/cable.

Thank you.

Default 2002 Ram 1500

i have an 02 ram 1500...interested in changing the headlights and driving lights to HID. Which kits/parts do I need to order? Do I have to buy the Canbus system kit?

Have there been any improvements/changes to your systems in the last yr or so? I ask because I bought 2 systems form you about a yr and a half ago, 1 for 05 2500 ram, 1 for 08 Grand Cher. The system on my GC worked perfectly until I traded 6 months ago, the other system (05 2500)however was 1 problem after another; within 1st 6-7 weeks I had 3 burnt parts(1 ballast, 1 harness, 1 capacitor) and a bulb go out, all at different times. I got tired of removing the headlights and threw it all in the trash thinking it could "possibly" be the truck. Now I have a new truck (2012 RAM 1500) and want another set. My questions are:
1-do you offer a kit for 2012 Ram 1500 Express?
2-have there been any upgrades to your parts?
3-what makes your kits superior to the $35-$45 kits sold on egay?
4-Do you offer the foglight kits and how much are they?
5-Do you have a kit for a 2010 Lexus IS 250 (wife's)?

Thanks, sorry for the long post

Hello,

Please know your bulb types are as follows:

Lowbeam/Highbeam: 9007
Foglights: 9006

Hello please know your vehicle requires a Pair of CAPACITORS to eliminate flickering & signal error on dash.

Thank you.
