Question Locating tire tools for 2000 Dodge Ram Wagon 2500

The build sheet for my 2000 Dodge Ram Van Wagon 2500 indicates it came with a scissors jack originally but, of course, it isn't to be found nor a place to have stored it. Can anyone tell me where that jack would have been located? There's no openings in the interior panels where it should be. Is it hidden behind a panel? That wouldn't make sense. Please advise.

Look in your owners manual, it should indicate where it is *supposed* to be. If you don't have one, I *think* you can download one from Mopar website.

Appreciated. Did check. Nothing in van and no "place" for it's storage as described so I guess it maybe wasn't a feature on the passenger wagon variation? Anyway, I'm building a spare tire setup. Have the 8 slot wheel and will get the tire on payday. Then probably a floor jack and wrench and miscellaneous tools to follow. Going to build a storage box setup in back of the driver seat and it will be incorporated into the bed/seating design I'm planning. Thanks.
BTW, I have a radio/speaker malfunction I'll be posting a question about soon. I notice you have a bit of knowledge on that subject as well from responses I've read.

There may be a sticker showing the jack and tools location. For decades, the jack and jack handle were under the hood on the passenger side with the handle across the top of the grill. That was the old bottle style jack. However, with a scissors jack, it may be either under the front passenger seat or in a small compartment in the rear of the vehicle. Look for a small door in the side of the body on the insde near the rear doors or under the floor.

Well thanks for the response. The build sheet says it was a scissors jack and documentation says it was mounted vertically inside the rear doors. Nothing I can find that shows signs of mount or retaining such a thing. So I'll continue with my plan to build my own spare and tools and storage and incorporate it into my interior plan. Then move on to the next problem.
