Default E- rated tires

I am going to need some E-rated, street only, tires for my truck. ('06 2500 with the Cummins 4x2) I am going to replace my wheels also. I am interested in either 18" or 20" which ever is cheaper ( wheel size is 18x10 or 20x10). Wet weather handling and looks are most important as these tires are only going to see a few thousand miles a year and no winters. TireRack doesn't handle the wheels I intend on buying, unless Ben can help me out with that also.

Can you also show me the load ratings by A, B, C, D, and most important for me E.

Thanks,

Steve

Default RE: E- rated tires

That 2500 definitely calls for a heavy load (E, maybe D if they were oversized and met GAWR). 285/60-18 and 305/50-20 would be my recommended sizes, but we do not currently have anything other than P-Metric tires in those sizes, which would be short of the required load capacity.
