Default Will they fit? Need quick help..

looking at new rims on eBay and I need help to see if they fit.

My current rims are 14' x 5' with an offset of 48mm
The new ones; : F -18' x 8.5", offset 25
R - 18x 9.5", offset 28.

An offset calculator says the following

Rear: The clearance from stut housing to the inside of the wheel will be 34mm LESS
The outside edge of the wheel will EXTEND an extra 80mm
Front: The clearance from stut housing to the inside of the wheel will be 21mm LESS
The outside edge of the wheel will EXTEND an extra 67mm

That does not look like it will work very well. A wider wheel with a significantly lower offset will probably stick out too far. May rub on the fenders, or even stick out outside of them. If you're doing a widebody kit they might work nicely though.
