I recently, after months of exhaustive research, purchased a set of of the HELO maxx 6 17x9 rims for my of ram 1500 quad cab 4x4. Every site I visited said that these would fit and the local tire dealer also said that they would fit. These wheels replaced the factory17x9 rims. They look fantastic but i am getting a scraping sound from the rim when I turn into a hill. basically if i am turning and the grade of the road slopes up sharply i get a grinding noise form the rim. Obviously this is undesirable. Any thoughts or help with this would be greatly appreciated thanks.

 

Did you change tire size when you changed wheel size? Do you know what the offset of the factory wheel was compared to the offset of the Helo maxx?
