First time around with the 408 didnt have a good setup. Fuel system, intake mani, hdrs, and B&G flash could of run NA ok and made about 465hp crank. Wouldnt of been able to run the Procharger with it though.

The old setup back in Sept 05
360ci with 52tb, m1/2bbl, rt 10, 1.7rr, 24lb inj & an under driven D-1SC blower.
Ran 12.9 with a stock computer & only dfmu. Good conditions and real tune, easily would of seen 12.5s with it.

Duplicolor ceramic blue on the knuckles & red on the calipers. The brake dust shield & bolts I sandblasted, wire wheeled (gives semi chrome sheen) then powder coated. Eastwoods mirror black on the dust shield and my custom Indy mix on the bolts

Powder coated the brackets for the braided line, dust shield, bolts holding it on as well as the rotors and dust caps. Currently arms/knuckles are off. May coat them before reinstalling with new bushings balljoints

POR15 gloss on the frame & diff, POR15 flat on the axle tubes. I powder coated every bracket, nut & bolt attatch to the axle tubes as well as the u clamps, top plates, bottom brackets that hold the leafs to the axle. Brake bracket I also coated & replaced the rubber line with braided line though not in this pic.

Took a few test fits to figure out the mounting bracket I fabricated to hold the FAST computer. Factory bracket and the BS way it attaches to the firewall made the job much harder than it should of been.

This is not paint & those are not spots :)
I did a 2 stage powder coat on this piece. Reflective chrome base coat. Top coat is custom mix of 4pwdrs. 2 are translucent & 2 are starlight. The starlight is what looks like spots, its sort of like metalflake. The transclucent pwdrs have about 60%opacity (85% w/starlights factored in approx) so gives it more depth & an electric look if thats possible cause of the chrome base coat. Also fabricated an extension piece that attaches to this part so I could mount the FAST here also. It got the same coatings as this piece so its barely noticeable in the firewall pic

Polished MP PCM on the left with the FAST stand alone beside it. The MP PCM will only control the tranny.

Stock computer, using overdrive, in crap conditions. Software est were 12.5-12.6 with a good tune in good conditions. Unfortunately didnt have either lol. Headgaskets were done after this day. Had been on their way out NA prior to adding the boost. Wanted to get the 12 before they went bye bye ;)
