press on the red tab inside in order to slide the red locking tab up. the locking tab is the one you see here. notice my finger. under it you will find a red tab to depress which locks the locking tab. once tab is unlocked slide it up and press just below the lever which is where my finger is. wiggle the harness as you lift the lever to remove
