to remove the wire from the grey connector ( i am using the blue because it is all the same) pull out on the red tab. you'll notice that there is an indention on the connector to do so. As you pull out lift up. now the wire lock is released. but you still have to go through the back side with a tooth pick or anything small enough to re lease the wire.
