Layer 3 was 3/4 foam board insulation. (Apparently this was an old pop-up camper).

This is what the trailer looked like before paint. Notice I built up the sides and front out of 1/4 angle and 1" square tubing. I built receivers into the bottom piece of angle so that the sides are removable by pulling 3 pins per section.
