The Dodge Challenger SRT8 is an incredible machine, very capable of doing some crazy burnouts. For Tire Shredding Tuesday, we came across this video showing a 2010 Challenger SRT8 that is going well beyond a simple burnout – tearing around a parking lot with the tires spinning hard as the driver turns these high performance skins into smoke and lines on the pavement.
There isn’t any information provided on this 2010 Dodge Challenger SRT8 owned by Bruce Winters but it is apparent that he hates his rear tires as he gives them a serious flogging. Unlike many of our burnout videos that show a car sitting in place, spinning the tires and creating some smoke, Winters flings the Challenger around the parking lot with the reckless abandon. Luckily, the Challenger in the video also stops for some traditional burnouts at which point the rear tires are truly shredded, filling the cabin of the Mopar muscle car with smoke.
Two thumbs up to Bruce Winters for compiling this excellent video of his 2010 Dodge Challenger SRT8 doing a bunch of stationary and rolling burnouts. The internet needs more men and muscle cars like this. Crank up your speakers to hear the sound of the 6.1L Hemi V8 accompanied by AC/DC’s Thunderstruck.
