1995 neon error codes 11 and 43
I know what the codes mean...a thank you to the person who posted them on here, eh....here's what is happeneing and what I have done....changed the O2 sensor on the manifold and changed the plugs and wires....took it out for a test run and after it warmed up it started to idle high then low, high then low, then stalled completely...I'd say after about 10 - 15 minutes I could start it up again and got it home just before it started to idle up and down again and stalled right in my driveway...good for me that I got back but now I am wondering what could be wrong? ie) bad crank sensor, bad camshaft sensor or bad coil pack...any help would be appreciated...haven't had time to check the wiring to these things yet will do that tomorrow...but wanted to get this out there first...anyhelp would be appreciated, thanks

Yeah, head gasket issues commonly come in the form of symptoms, bubbling resevouir, white smoke from tail pipes, ani-freeze in oil, oil in anti-freeze and others, there are some that can cause your needle to spike that would lead you to think you have a bad headgasket that will throw a code like, the coolant sensor.

we're changing the oil in around 500-1000 miles now
so pretty soon
we put in more oil about a month or two ago and i've been keeping track of the milage
and it has enough coolant
its just the water runs out quick
but not the whole thing
just around 1/4 like i said before
my dad just needs to find the time to fix the head gasket
since they ask for so much money just to fix it at the shop
