Default need helps asap truck wont turn over

hey guys so my 1993 dodge w150 318 5 speed std cab short bed wont turn ive been trying to fix for 3 months plz help

No power to windshield wipers or washer pump or starter or fuel pump or stero power to blower motor cab light I'm thinking computer/ECM

No, the computer has no relation to any of those parts other than the fuel pump.

So if you battery is ok, you need to check fusible links, connections, grounds et.
