Well, a Kennebell wouldnt because the pulley would stick past the end of the block. Some of the centrifugal ones might, but you most likely have to fab your own tubing. You would have to run a custom fuel and timing setup as well because you only have 6 injectors instead of 8.
Well I hear guys talking about their super charged v6 Dakotas but I cant find a kit.... Twin turbos would be nice; but wouldnt it cost more, and be harder to install with the headers and all?
I didn't say TWIN-turbos, just a single. Lots of guys do it, all kinds of room on the passenger side for the turbo and piping down to one manifold/header. You could fab one up for probably the same price or less than a new S/C kit.
Heh, yea v8 drop would be better, but than you have to upgrade the tranny too to handle any mods... But if you were to upgrade you could do it for around 3k, with tranny and engine, that is doing it yourself. Using a 5.9 too. As they kick the 5.2's. lol
There is a website www.socaldakota.com they have alot of mopar performance stuff including a built crate v6 that produces 313 hp at the wheels and 345 ftlbs at 12lbs of boost for $5560 w. out the S/C. plus you would still get better mpg than a v8, thats why I was askin about a s/c.
