Any unlifted daks with 32" tires?
Hey all...
I'm sorry to be posting about rims and tires again.. been searching around google for a while and cant seem to find what i'm looking for. Thought I'd throw a quick ISO post up and see if i get any hits..
Looking for some photos or feed back from some ppl that either has or knows someone with 32" tires on their Dakota; but stock, no body lifts or other suspension lifts other than cranked torsions..
Anyone got any pics or videos, feed back, or anything.. really debating on 31" as they were a stock option or risking 32" Looking at these rims..

with 32" tires of some kind.. probably the Mud T/A's or another set of duratracs.

I had 32's on my 98. Just cranked tb's
Without fender flares I was in a love hate relationship. Made the truck look higher but seemed to take away from the silver on the bottom

Nice.. it's hard for me to see the difference between the 31" and 32" on your truck.. so the trim was the rub spot? I dont have that on my truck so i think I'm good there.
I think whats most difficult for me to figure out is I'm planning on a rim that is -26 offset 10" wide so rather its going to rub when turning since its so much further out for when it flexes.

This is what I'm considering.. been bouncing between 15" and 16" seems i can go a few rim options on the 15" but 16" is very limited on what 32" tire size i can actually go with.. I'm guess 15" might be the better route being there seems to be more available options for 32" tires in that size.

15in rim def is cheaper for tires. I can say dont get tires off tirerack. Their prices may seem cheap but at check out you will be spending 150.00 to ship!!... I get all my tires from discounttiredirect.com. I've had very good luck with them and their staff has always been helpful! They also price match with free shipping! I got cooper atp's for our 07 ram. They were for a 20in rim and I even got the road warranty for all of them and still had under 800.00 in tires!

Yeah for sure.. i was only using it as a point of reference..
Being the 15" is the only option to give me the offset i want that really agressive stance with a 10" rim I'm going that route.. guess after looking through everything that's where I'm at..
if it rubs or something ill just deal with it then... def. looking at the Mud Terrians though.

yeah we will see what happens.. I've ordered a new bumper cover anyways to replace the gray one that came with the SLT.. so i can trim it and get it right before i put the new one on so i know exactly what to trim if i have too..
I pulled the trigger on the http://www.summitracing.com/parts/br...6445/overview/
Amongst other things.. Lots of $$ and work going into the ol' girl as soon as she gets back from teh shop having her upper end work finished up

At the risk of offending sponsors, I found that tires from Tire Rack cost the same as tire from Mavis, but Mavis is everywhere (at least where I am) and the prices are essentially the same. Plus I now have a face to speak to if/when I have problems. TR purchases have the typical online drawbacks.
