Yes. Never stack rear blocks. Illegal and dangerous. If you need specific advice, start your own thread in the tech section. Plenty of knkowledgable folks to help you out. This thread should not be used for specific questions.

33x12.50R15 on some 15x9 rims with 3.75 backspacing on my 2001 Ram 1500. With these wheels I had a little rub on fender well at stock height, lifted 3 inches and now no problem. I would like to get away from these 15 inch rims and go back to some 17 inch wheels.

How did you manage to get 15" rims to fit on your truck in the first place?

I'm down to 33/12.5/15's on my truck. The 4.56's really make them fun!

They barely clear the calipers and have a 3.75 backspacing. Not sure on the offset. Bought them cheap from someone who had no idea on the info on them.
Sorry for the delayed response.

Steel. Here are a couple pics of the space between caliper and wheel and the face of it.

Yep, look awfully steel to me. They probably went with the tiny backspacing, because of the fit around the calipers. Move the rims in any further, and you would be hitting.

Yeah. I bought them at the curt leduc off road swap meet a year or so ago. Got 5 for like 200 bucks. Got lucky they fit. Want to switch to a 17 but can't afford it.
