Not me, but my bro here soon enough.

Shaking down the new front suspension, nv4500, and 4 speed atlas.

I drove if off this rock, in 1st gear....idling. 3 wheeling feels.....odd.

Driving (me) it off on 3 wheels so he could see it flex and move.

That's actually not very much frame flex. Pretty impressive in my opinion.

I like. The coilover suspension seems to give a GREAT DEAL of travel.

There is none until you get to the bed, which is what you'd expect given the frame is open channel. About where my elbow is a new cross member for the tranny. Quite stout 2x4x0.25.

This front radius arm setup has so much more articulation combined with better road manners for icing on the cake. He (owner) is very impressed, which I'm glad my guinea pig is.

We got a handle on clearances for the forthcoming bumpstops and straps.

I'm kinda confused here. Did you build the suspension?

It's a custom suspension. I helped him with frame stiffening for the coil towers and the cross member. Axle brackets done by a shop as well as link bends. Everything installed mostly by him as I assisted and provided QA.

I'll be following his route as it's much more cost effective than a long arm kit. Plus, it's local.

Default Bumper update

Night pictures of course.... Sorry.

This isn't done. Couple things left are:

1. Horizontal tube just above the winch (at the node) for stiffening and future lights.

2. Misc gussets on joints.

3. Bracket at top of hoop for hook.

4. Repaint.

I'm open to any other suggestions, for kicks.
