99 ram dies while going down the road

Default 99dodge

Help having same problem. Ordered a new pcm. It was supposed to be programed. Still having same problem. When it comes up to temp it just dies. Says no bus. Is there an in line fuse that is bad or do we have to take it to the dodge dealer to be programmed again?!
