Some noises that don't sound good.
Alright we'll I am new to the forum and also working on cars. Just started this past August. So far I have replaced the spark plugs, ball joints, rotors, brake pads, brake shoes, brake lines, serpentine belt, tie rods, battery, shocks and then some aftermarket stuff. So here are the noises.
1st when I brake from any speed I can hear 3-4clunks fron braking not sure what that is but the engine runs strong in drive.
2nd after replacing the serpentine belt I now have this horrible noise. It is very loud but does not sound like the belt squealing but a light scrapping choppy noise. It's near the fan behind the radiator. I used some of the belt conditioning stuff on the new belt. Also my steering wheel pulley was gummy not sure if that's normally tried cleaning it but sounds the same.
Any help would be appreciated.

Remove the belt and check all the pulley's. Also make sure the tensioner is free and travels to it's full extent in both directions. As far as the other noise goes, please add to your sig and profile as to whether or not it's a 4x4. It will make a difference with troubleshooting.
And btw, welcome to DF.

I don't see where it says 4x4 anywhere. Add it, it will only help you and us in the furture. As far as the belt goes, don't use that spray crap, get some brakleen and clean all the ribs on the pulleys and belt. And check the fan clutch. When the belt is off, spin everything by hand and make sure they spin freely, don't wobble or make any bad noises.
EDIT: ok I see you got the 4x4 info in there. If you post from a phone too, add the info to your profile also.

Belt conditioner
I am not a fan of using belt conditioner on anything but maybe farm equipment to get by till fixed correctly, you said you put it on a new belt?? Plus your power steering pulley was gunked up so I would get a new belt and make sure ALL gunk is removed from idlers and pulley grooves and give that a try to get rid of the noise plus doublecheck alignment and pulley bearings.
Brake noise sounds like something did not get tightened during replacement of pads or shoes so retrace your steps on that process as in caliper bolts tight??? All springs replaced correctly on rear drum shoes etc.???
