My thoughts are that the rubbing and the 60MPH shake are not happening at the same time. It's probably been rubbing and it wasn't noticed until the shake surfaced. They might be from the same problem though. The arm bushings worn/loose or an arm bent might be another cause.
Also there is a bolt that sticks out from the spindle that should stop the steering from turning too far. Check to see if it has loosened or broke.

Did you buy the truck new or used? If it was used maybe the previous owner has bigger tires on it, witch caused the rubbing.....

I bought the truck used and they already had those tires on there.
The truck is completely stock in the suspension area.
I noticed that I can take a left curve at 60 as long as I do not hit any bumps but the second I hit a bump going 60 with a slight left turn it starts acting up.

ORIGINAL: 2001RedDodgeRam
but the second I hit a bump going 60 with a slight left turn it starts acting up.
Acting up? The shake? Probably a steering stabilizer worn, bad shocks, or bad tie rods/track bar making it seem to vibrate when hitting bumps...you've never responded to anyone yet if you've checked the front end out...would be nice to know.
