Default Wheel rubbing on lower control arm? Please Help!

When I take a left curve at speeds around 60 I get a serious viberation on the front drivers side.

I took the wheel off and noticed that the lower control arm was rubbing on the tire. (the other side was fine)

What would cause my tire to rub only on the drivers side control arm?
How do I fix this?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

do you have a wider than stock tire on stock rims? if so than thats your issue.

either that or your trac bar is shot allowing your axle to move side to side.

Thanks for the reply.

The tires are a little bit bigger then stock which raised the truck up some. I have around 30k miles on those tires and have had no issues so I doubt it is the tires.

Also the tires are just barely bigger then stock, nothing crazy

Why does it happen only on that one drivers side and not the passangers?
Could it be the shock is shot?

I agree. There is no way you will turn sharp enough at 60. There must be something loose or seriously worn out. I would check the entire left side suspension. At 60MPH is not the time to discover what broke loose.

Lug nuts tight, Wheel bearing, Ball joints. These are the ones that would let the wheel tilt.

Shock, upper shock bracket and lower bolt, Track bar, tie rod. Could cause the vibration.

Serious alignmment issue.

wow, I totally missed the 60 mph thing. You have a serious issue my friend.

the other thing is that if his steering box wasnt exactly centered than he could steer farther in one direction than the other. But at 60mph you would be flipping your truck

woh... same here... missed that 60 thing... your tires are really gonna have to be way off center to be able to rub and a turn radius of 60 mph...

do you have the stock Tbar? if you have an aftermarket T-bar with hiem joints it could have come off center.. just another possiblity
