No it's just a big rubber spring!
I got them specifically because they don't have air. They are hollow
You just unbolt your old bump stops (I had broke both mine off anyway) and bolt these to bracket and bolt it right to the truck. No drilling or anything.
Supposedly they have a 6000lb weight rating

I'm not gonna use the spacer. My springs are sagging a little because I have like 3 mm of space between them and the axle. Just went out and fitted them. I have a little wood in the bed but only a couple pieces of scrap.
I don't guess it should matter
